We will provide our distributors with free training project which should be performed in Rayto, Shenzhen China. Distributors will afford the traffic and accommodation chargesRelated to the training. Rayto will also offer further support to our distributors by e-mail or fax.
Contact our technical support personnel and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Serial number and a brief description for the returned parts must be provided in parcel.

Rayto warrant the quality of new equipment and provide free service for the defects in workmanship and materials in a period of 14 months. Rayto's obligation is limited to repairing any part, which proves to be defective with Rayto's examination.
We don't provide warranty for the following situation

Instruments that have been misused or destroyed by accidents
Instruments whose original serial number label or identification marks have
　been unclear, changed or removed.
Problems caused by modification or repair by anyone else not from Rayto or
　Rayto designated organization.
